If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and its services. Continued use of the platform after updates to these terms will constitute acceptance of those changes.

These Terms apply to all users including individuals, businesses, organizations, developers, and partners who access or use the Vackpoint platform.

2. Description of Services

Vackpoint is a digital software platform that provides business software solutions and cloud-based services. These services may include but are not limited to:

• Point of Sale (POS) Software

• Business Management Software

• Digital Tools for Small and Medium Businesses

• Software APIs and Integrations

• Data Management Tools

• Cloud-based Software Applications

Vackpoint reserves the right to modify, update, expand, or discontinue any service at any time in order to improve performance, security, or compliance with legal regulations.

The platform is intended for lawful business and personal use only.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Certain features of the Vackpoint platform may require users to create an account. When creating an account, users must provide accurate and complete information.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials including usernames and passwords. Users must not share their accounts with unauthorized persons.

Any activity conducted under a user account will be considered the responsibility of the account holder. Vackpoint shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of a user account due to negligence.

Users must notify Vackpoint immediately if they suspect any unauthorized access to their account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree to use the Vackpoint platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Users must not:

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain services provided by Vackpoint operate on a paid subscription basis. Users agree to pay all applicable fees associated with the services they subscribe to.

Each subscription has a defined billing cycle (monthly, yearly, or otherwise). Users are responsible for renewing their subscription before or upon the expiration date to ensure uninterrupted access to the service.

If a subscription expires, users will be granted a 7-day grace period from the expiration date to renew their subscription.

If the subscription is not renewed within this grace period, Vackpoint reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service until the subscription is renewed.

Vackpoint may modify pricing or subscription plans in the future with prior notice to users.

6. Data Retention After Subscription Expiry

If a user subscription expires and is not renewed, Vackpoint may retain the user’s stored data for a limited period of time for recovery purposes.

User data may be stored for up to 30 days after subscription expiration. During this period, users may renew their subscription and regain access to their data.

If the subscription is not renewed within this period, Vackpoint reserves the right to permanently delete the stored data from its systems.

Users are responsible for exporting or backing up their data before subscription expiration.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, source code, trademarks, logos, content, and digital assets associated with Vackpoint are the intellectual property of the company and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse engineering any part of the platform without written permission from Vackpoint.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vackpoint shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services.

Users agree that the use of the platform is at their own risk.

9. Termination of Service

Vackpoint reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or misuse the platform.

Termination may occur without prior notice if necessary to protect the security or integrity of the system.

10. Changes to Terms

Vackpoint reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes where required by law.
